Vectronix AG announces exhibition schedule for 2009.

Throughout 2009, Vectronix will display its rugged, handheld, day and night observation and field measurement devices, including image intensified night vision goggles, binoculars and pocket scopes, as well as binocular and monocular laser rangefinders. Vectronix will also display its highly accurate and reliable compass, laser rangefinder and vehicle night vision modules, in use globally by systems integrators in over 100 countries.

From 22 -26 February 2009, Vectronix will exhibit at IDEX 2009, the 8th International Defense Exhibition & Conference at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.. As the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region’s largest defense exhibition and conference, IDEX is the ultimate event for government officials and military personnel to source technology and equipment for all defense environments: land, sea and air.

Vectronix will attend LAAD 2009, the Latin America Aerospace & Defense Exhibition from 14 - 17 April 2009 in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. LAAD is the most important trade show for the defense and security industry in Latin America. It takes place every two years, bringing Vectronix together with Brazilian and international Armed Forces, special forces and security services, as well as consultants and government agencies.

In the 12 years since its first edition, LAAD has been the only defense exhibition in the region that has demonstrably enabled participants to network, to do business and update their knowledge. Key military decision-makers, official delegates from a wide range of countries will engage with Vectronix in long-term business ventures.

From May 28 - 29, Vectronix will be at Lansdowne Park, in Ottawa, CA at CANSEC 2009, the 11th Canadian Security Exhibition & Conference. CANSEC 2009 will feature product presentations and capability displays of Vectronix’s leading edge defense and security technologies to a wide audience that includes Government agencies and Departments with interests in security, public safety, risk mitigation, threat response and emergency planning.

As a leading sponsor of Soldier Technology Global 2009 Exhibition & Conference, Vectronix will be a highlight of the forum, demonstrating the latest in its soldier modernization products to leading experts and project directors of the biggest and most advanced SMPs from around the world to enhance their soldier systems. In 2008 project directors of FIST, MERS, NORMANS, FELIN, AFRICAN WARRIOR, ISSP, IAS and RIFS were joined by experts from PECOC, RAF, ARDEC and Danish Operational Command as well as many more. In 2009, Soldier Technology Global will bring Vectronix AG together with over 600 senior soldier modernization experts from military, research and industry backgrounds to create the ultimate soldier system.

Vectronix AG will exhibit at Soldier Technology Global 2009 from 30 June – 3 July 2009 in London, UK.

The final exhibition of the year is 8 - 11 September 2009 at DSEi 2009, Defense Systems & Equipment International in London, UK. DSEi provides Vectronix face to face opportunities to share ideas, discuss industry developments, conduct business and network for future growth.
